At SASO Gold, we are committed to delivering your order securely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures for all online purchases.
1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Website Launch Special: Free Express Shipping
To celebrate the launch of our online store, we are pleased to offer complimentary express shipping on all orders within our delivery network. This is a limited-time promotional offer and is subject to change in the future.
3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Method and Delivery Time

To ensure the security of your valuable purchase, all orders are sent via a secure and tracked express service with Signature on Delivery required.

We use trusted carriers such as FedEx and Australia Post Express Post Platinum.

The estimated delivery time for express shipping is typically 1-4 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery to regional areas may take longer.
5. In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
We offer a convenient Click & Collect service from our Westfield Mt Gravatt store.

How it works: Simply select the "In-Store Pickup" option at checkout.

Ready for Collection: Your order will be ready for collection within 1-3 business days. We will send you an email notification as soon as it's ready.

What to bring: Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) when you come to collect your purchase.
6. Shipping Exclusions
Due to the high value of our items and limitations with our secure couriers, we are unable to ship to certain remote locations, including some PO Boxes and all Parcel Lockers.
We do not ship to the following postcodes and territories:

External Territories: 2899 (Norfolk Island), 6798 (Christmas Island), 6799 (Cocos Keeling Islands), 7151 (Australian Antarctic Territory).

Remote Queensland: 4871, 4874-4876, 4890-4895 (and other selected remote areas).

Remote Western Australia: 6700-6797 (and other selected remote areas).

Remote Northern Territory: 0822, 0850-0886 (and other selected remote areas).
If your order is addressed to an excluded location, we will have to cancel and refund your order in full. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
7. Important Information

Correct Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. SASO Gold is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, we are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers that are outside of our control.
