Return and Refund Policy

At SASO Gold, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our policy on returns and refunds below.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in 'As New Condition'. This means:

  • The item is completely unworn, with no scratches, dents, or any other signs of wear.

  • All original packaging, including boxes and pouches, must be returned in original condition.

  • All barcode tags must remain attached to the item, unremoved and undamaged.

  • The original proof of purchase must be included.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us at sasogoldbrisbane@gmail.com or call us on 07 3190 0296. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the 'As New Condition' criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

  3. Processing:

    • For Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • For Exchanges: If your exchange is approved, the new item must be of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid by you.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and personalisation reasons, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind on the following items:

  • Earrings

  • Any items that have been worn or used

  • Rings, bracelets, or chains that have been resized

  • Any engraved items

  • Special, custom, or made-to-order items

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
